Referral Terms
- The $100 referral fee is paid only after the referred person signs a lease on an Ultrarix LLC property and pays their first full month of rent.
- The referred person must be new to us and not already an applicant, current tenant, or someone we are already in contact with. No fee is owed if they had already contacted us or applied on their own before your referral.
- You cannot refer yourself, a co-applicant on the same lease, or anyone who will live in the unit with you.
- One fee is paid per signed lease, to the first person who refers that tenant.
- Ultrarix LLC makes all leasing decisions. Submitting a referral does not guarantee the person will be approved.
- The referral fee is void if any information you submit is false, misleading, or submitted without the referred person's consent.
- You are responsible for any taxes owed on referral fees. Fees totaling $600 or more in a calendar year may be reported to tax authorities.
- Ultrarix LLC may change, pause, or end this referral program at any time, and reserves sole discretion in interpreting and applying these terms.
- Payment is issued within 30 days of the first full rent payment clearing.
